Kelly describes Atrid as a yearling:

"Astrid's personality, hmmm.... She is very affectionate, still very dominant, and is alpha in pretty much every setting where there are any other dogs. As for bite work, it is as if she has an on/off switch. She goes from affectionate and sucky to focussed on the decoy in an instant, as opposed to Ammo, who is always "on." ! The other great part about Astrid's work is that she refocusses back on the decoy almost immediately after he throws down the sleeve. Unless another dog is on the sleeve as well, then she battles to the end. She will not back down when Ammo or Kaiser or Otis has a grip on the sleeve."
